Nice to

meet you!

We are leaders in sport, wellness, and community who are dedicated to empowering the next generation

Champion Ways was founded by World Champion boxer Louisa “Lulu” Hawton, her belief that true strength comes from the alignment of mind, movement and mindfulness was shaped by a life time competing at the highest levels of sport. After breaking barriers in two male-dominated worlds boxing and skateboarding. Lulu discovered that the mind is the quiet force that turns struggle into strength and dreams into reality.

Lulu’s journey from elite sport into community leadership began under Mental Fitness Champion, where she delivered workshops and motivational talks that inspired people to find focus, confidence and regulation through movement and mindset.

As the vision grew, Lulu partnered with Michelle Barron, a holistic wellness practitioner and mindset coach whose passion and experience in holistic modalities, mindset development and mindfulness practices brought greater depth and balance to the work. Together, they built on the original framework and evolved Champion Ways into a holistic company, delivering programs that blend together mindset, physical movement, emotional regulation and mindfulness, offering integrated ways to regulate, reset and create stillness.

Each journey is intentionally crafted to reach every part of our being, fostering growth, connection, awareness and empowerment in individuals, workplaces and communities alike.

That’s the Champion Ways difference.

About Lulu & Michelle

Louisa “Lulu” Hawton is the heart and grit behind Champion Ways, and her story is what sets this program apart. As a two-time world champion boxer with a professional career spanning over a decade, Lulu brings not just elite-level athleticism, but lived experience, resilience, and a deep understanding of what it takes to rise through adversity.

Before stepping into the boxing ring, Lulu was a professional skateboarder ranked 7th in the world, competing internationally with the same fierce determination she now brings to her coaching.

This rare combination of world-class sporting excellence and raw, relatable strength gives Lulu the unique ability to connect with youth and women on a level that’s inspiring and deeply authentic. Her presence in every session is more than motivational, it’s transformational. She doesn’t just teach strength; she lives it. Proving this recently, by winning the reality TV series “The Summit” - Season 1.

That’s the Champion Ways difference: real-world champions guiding the next generation toward their own version of greatness.
